Colors and Styles

These will be the style bridesmaid dresses and these kinda sum up the wedding colors. It's just a rough draft. But the girls will all wear a maxi dress that is in an earthtone rainbow palette.

Because it will be November and because it will be at night and because it will be outside the girls can do whatever they want to be warm. Wear a shirt under the dress, wear a sweater, a coat, a scarf, boots.. It'll be so fun!!

Wedding Music

Adam and I have LOVED Viva La Vida the album. I personally think we should incorporate it into the wedding. I think it fits - it represents us - and it's great and catchy music. That said I really want the bridesmaids and me to walk down to this song:



It's long.. so I envision the song starting while all the party is lining up and as the song builds the people start coming and since it's so long I would just walk with it too..

Adam am I allowed to post these ideas? Or do we want things to be more of a surprise?

The Barnabas House

Here is our wedding location. We are SO thankful. Nice and simple/casual. And we are on the receiving end of ministry with this house. God really hooked this up for us and we give Him the credit for it but we're thankful to Art as well, who called us back they day he got home from vacation to let us know he was writing our wedding on the calendar and that the house was all ours to use. Seriously, thankful.

Yesterday, Adam walked across the street to take some pics of the place. That's right.. across the street. That's how close the location is. We have lots of ideas...

Location!

We are confirmed for November 20, 2009 with The Barnabas House! This is it. We will use the backyard area. SOOOO excited. Now we have to pray for great weather.

P.S. I think this pic is pretty old. There are more bushes and such plus there is a little more side porch to the place and the yellow of the house is definitely more yellow than cream.
