We've been planning on hanging sheets up at our wedding. This really captures the feel I think we were thinking of. We prob won't be able to hang awesome lanterns like this, even though we've thought about it.
You could probably find lanterns at Ross, etc or Cost Plus for not too much (maybe). If you found some cool ones I would buy a few off of you to hang on the patio.
